MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

Comes now, the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully alleges that:

1. The above captioned case was scheduled for hearing today February 20, 2023 at
2:00 in the afternoon;

2. However, much to his regret, the undersigned will not be able to attend the said
hearing considering the fact that he has prior commitment and that Mr. Alexander
Sanchez only engaged his services on February 18, 2023. (Attached is a copy of
Travel Order issued by the Municipal Mayor of LGU-Cabagan)

3. As such, he prays that the scheduled hearing be cancelled and reset to April 3,
2023 at 2:00 in the afternoon or any date most convenient to this Honorable
Court;

4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings in this case but solely for
the reason above stated;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, above premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of the

Honorable Court to cancel the hearing on February 20, 2023 at 2:00 in the afternoon and
be reset to April 3, 2023 at 2:00 in the afternoon or any date most convenient to this
Honorable Court.

Praying for such, other reliefs and remedies the Honorable Court deems just and
equitable under the premises.
