GROUP 1 TCIE 1-3
A community cleanup brings volunteers together to clean,
repair, and improve public spaces or other areas (such as
vacant lots or abandoned properties) that have been
neglected, vandalized, or misused.
Step 1: Detailed Plan

Our target date is to finish and polished our

plan by the end of this week at Oct 23, 2022
to be exact. After approval, we target to
implement this by the end of October or 1st
week of November
-The location of our target is on the small
communities of Dasmarinas, Cavite, or small
communities near EAC Cavite.
-Our target Volunteer is 15-25 Volunteers per
Community and Baranggays

The Cleaning Materials are the following:

Broom Stick Gloves
Dust Pan Face Mask
Garbage Bin Garbage Picker
Garbage Bag Funds (For essential
items of the volunteers)

Step 2: Partner with local

authorities/Community Organizations.

Having a partnership with local authorities and

community organizations will increase the chance
for the successful implementation of our chosen
activity.
They can guide us on what or what not to do in
implementing the activity.
They can help us gain more volunteers and
materials, as they know more people and
probably know where to find help to meet our
created activity plan.
 Step 3: Finding a volunteer.

Recruiting more volunteers means we can

accomplish the goal of the activity with
appropriateness and fastness, especially since we’re
catering to a large area. We

should be drawn who will perform the specific
activity, so we need a vast number of volunteers
who are willing to participate in cleaning and
maintaining our beloved community.

Step 4: Gathering Materials

Materials to be used such as walis tingting,

dustpan, garbage bag, gloves, etc. are vital in
cleaning-up operation in order to efficiently collect
all the scattered rubbish in the area. In gathering
materials, we may ask the volunteers to bring their
own materials from home if they have them. Or ask
the local authorities and community organizations
to acquire the materials needed

Step 5: Share the event information

We need to share the event information in order to

reach more people and acquire more volunteers to
participate in the community cleanup. In addition, it
attracts the attention of good samaritans who are
eager to participate and donate. Overall, the goal is
to encourage everyone in the neighborhood to join
in the community cleanup because it is very
important since it is where they live, and it will help
foster camaraderie.
