Allah tells us in the Qur’an…
Allah is al-Khaliq which means The
Creator.
Allah created everything! Allah made
you!
We do not worship anyone other than
Allah.
Allah is the One who Created us, He
Alone is the One who is worthy of all
praise. It is only Allah Who we worship.

(Surah adh-Dhariyat ayah 56)
Most people get angry sometimes. Some get angry if a friend snatched a toy. Some might get angry when
their parents tell them to go to bed before they want to. Some might even get angry if somebody says
something mean to them!
Can you write 3 things that sometimes cause you to feel anger?

Two men reviled one another in the presence of the Prophet and the eyes of one of them started to turn
red, and his jugular vein began to swell. The Messenger of Allah said: “I know a word which, if this man
said it, that which he is felling would go away: A’udhu billahi min ash-shaitanir-rajim. (I seek refuge with Allah
from the accursed Shaytan)”. The man said: “Do you think I am possessed?”
(Sahih) Sunan Abu Dawud #4781
If you are standing, then sit down
If you are sitting, then lay down
Abu Dharr, who said: “The Messenger of Allah said to us: “If one of you becomes angry when he is
standing, let him sit down, and if the anger goes away (all well and good), otherwise let him lie down”
(Sahih) Sunan Abu Dawud #4782
The Messenger of Allah said: “Anger comes from the Shaytan, and the Shaytan was created from fire,
and fire is extinguished by water, so if one of you gets angry, let him perform wudu.”
(Hasan) Sunan Abu Dawud # 4784
What takes more strength? To lift a heavy weight, or to
control your actions and words when you are angry? .
Narrated Abu Hurairah: Allah’s Messenger said, “The strong is not the one who overcomes the people
by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger.”
Sahih al Bukhari # 6114
Narrated Abu Hurairah: A man said to the Prophet “Advise me!”. The Prophet said, “Do not become
angry and furious.” The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, “Do
not become angry and furious.”
