Request to replace the product I have purchased

Dear Sir,

I am writing to complaint about the casual shirt I had purchased from your online store and received
it today.

The colour of the shirt is not the same as I had ordered. I had ordered a blue colour shirt but the shirt
I received today is of grey colour. The size of the shirt is a bit larger than that one I had ordered.
Furthermore, the quality of the cloth is very rough, and it does not match the quality you have
mentioned at your online store advertisement. The shirt is also torn out from the right arm side.

I tried filing a return request, but the portal site was getting stuck. The request was not being filed.
Can you please check and let me know if the return request has been filed for the order no.2563. If
not, kindly let me know what I should do to return the product. I request you to replace the shirt with
a new one according to my demand.

I am attaching herewith photographs of the damaged portion of the shirt and the opening video for
your reference. I hope you will pay special attention to solve out this problem.
