Hi everybody!

Have you ever taken an oral exam? I have to say that I am feeling very stressed about
the upcoming oral exams. The thought of demonstrating in front of the examiners my
knowledge and skills makes me feel like I'm going to faint. I have always been more
comfortable with written exams because I can read it again, think about any mistakes
I have made, and change them in the last minute
I remember when I was presenting my presentation during a lesson and it didn’t go as
I expected. I had prepared it very long and carefully, but when I stood in front of the
class, in my mind there was just a black hole, and I struggled to present each slide of
the presentation. Moreover, I forgot about my ideas to make the lesson more
interesting. The teacher seemed disappointed, and I felt embarrassed and frustrated
with myself for letting stress eat my knowledge.
I believe oral exams play an important role in the education system. They provide an
opportunity for students to demonstrate their understanding and communication
skills. Oral exams also help to develop confidence and effective communication, which
are crucial skills for future plans related to job.
Now, I’m interested in your thoughts on this matter. Write how you handle the stress
before oral exams. Please share your tips for preparing well for oral exams.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
