Sponsorship Form

Holistic Overview of Our Team

We are a community-centered robotics team competing in the First Tech Challenge
competition for our third year. As a veteran and seasoned team, we aspire to utilize our
previous experience in conjunction with current curiosity to open the minds of our youth
audience. In addition to enhancing our technical and mechanical expertise through
engineering practices, we strive to introduce our community to the wonders of STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in order for them to recognize the plethora of
future career pathways.

What is FIRST?
FIRST (For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is an organization that
strives to spread the wonders of STEM throughout the world and inspire the young generation
to join this supportive community. Their ultimate objective is to expose more youth to STEM,
so they can participate in these continuously advancing fields and form leadership, creativity,
technological, and engineering expertise. In addition, by preparing these youth at an early age,
FIRST assists students in their future endeavors and allows them to thrive in their respective
environment. FIRST consists of 3 main robotics programs: First Lego League (FLL), First Tech
Challenge (FTC), and First Robotics Challenge (FRC). More information can be found at
firstinspires.org

Team Organization
Our team is composed of twelve students primarily of the same age but with largely differing
backgrounds and schools. Each individual has their unique skills sets which comprises the
foundation of our team. In addition, we have two coaches that contribute to managing the
team and guiding us throughout this engineering journey.
