policies which are formulated to provide guidelines for the development of
efficient and safe pharmaceutical services in the hospital. Also, it contains

Based on what I have learned in the discussion a while ago, the purpose of
policy is to guide decision – making in order to ensure the uniformity in
decisions. With this being said, maiiwasan ang mga bias since guided nga
yung different personnel na gumagalaw sa isang pharmacy department.

emergency services, from the word “emergency”, this mainly focuses on the
services that was provided mainly in some Emergency rooms. For
Outpatients services, it is connected to the clinical services because it is for
those people who undergoes check – up in order to ensure that they are
completely well. And Lastly, for Ancillary and Support services, Pharmacy;
Radiology and Med tech department falls in this type of services.
