Adolfo of TIG/m asked me if Tram-02 is already I the depot

because he wanted to see the cells reading of BANK A and BANK B on SID#2 and SID#3. I went directly to
Tram-02 Drivers cabin and took video of it which shows that the battery percentage is 63% with a
voltage of 349v. I showed him as well a video that shows the battery cells reading on SID 2 and SID 3.

After that he asked me the same thing but the Tram should be on charging mode. I asked for a little
more time before to do that since we were performing Daily Overnight Inspection. When it is about time
to charge the tram right after our inspection, I messaged Mr. Adolfo that I am about to make the video
he requested. Tram was off and we plugged the Transformer cable, turned on the transformer next the
AVR and set the Tram to charging mode. I started making the video of SID#2, the battery percentage is
63% and the it shows 190 minutes on charging hours then I immediately noticed that the ampere
reading only plays from 2.0 to 1.0 amps. Right away I alerted Mr. Adolfo regarding on what I have
observe and he asked me to turn off the vehicle. A moment before I even turned off the Tram I notice
that the battery percentage became 100%. Then he asked me to remove the Tram from charging and to
Turn On the vehicle, still it did show 100% battery percentage. The next thing he asked me is to turn off
again the vehicle and open 12v breaker for 5 minutes, close it after then Turn On the vehicle while
making the video on how SID#2 looks like and the manzanita as well (done by Anish under the pit).

The Tram still shows 100% battery percentage, So Mr. Adolfo instructed me to turn off the vehicle and
disconnect the cable from Manzanita unit, the RJ11 that is connected to the power port. Again, the
same cycle we did put the vehicle to charge while this RJ11 cable is disconnected and still shows the
same thing, a 100% battery percentage and of course it is not charging since on the SID#2 shows the
Tram is fully charged. We also took a video of Manzanita while it is on charging (Done by Anish and sent
to Mr. Adolfo).

The last thing Mr. Adolfo instructed us to do is to measure the voltage from the charging cable from the
wall (Pit Charging Station). We had measured a 220 volts from positive and negative port. He also asked
us to measure the voltage from GRND to Positive and GRND to Negative where we got 8.20v and 20.2 v
consecutively. After that he asked me to take a photo of the input and output of the AVR.

We were told to keep the Tram off until further notice as they analyze all the information we provide
them.
