DAYS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF FIRM ORDER AND SETTLEMENT OF TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL
ISSUES.

NOTES:

Client: To provide Internet incase of online monitoring on eg: Phone and TV / Monitor

Payments: 70% on confirmation of the order, 30% after completion, testing, commissioning and
handover.

Delivery: Immediately.

Warranty: The supplied equipments are warranted for a period of 12 months only.
