Exploration
Track

Game Setup Changes

• Each player places their Survival S.P.E.C.I.A.L. token, image side up,

on the bottom of the Exploration Track.
Each player draws a random S.P.E.C.I.A.L. token to start.
If a player’s starting Agenda card does not have a Faction icon, discard
1
it and draw again. Continue until the player has a Faction icon.
Reshuffle the deck, including the discards.

Rule Changes
• Rotate players when drawing an Agenda card to activate enemies. The
player that drew the card moves activated enemies according to
standard rules.
1
• Each time a Survivor takes the Explore action and flips a tile, move the
appropriate S.P.E.C.I.A.L. token up one on the Exploration Track.
• When 2 enemies of different types are in the same square, roll VAT Die
equal to the creatures level. The enemy with the most hit pips wins and
the other is dicarded. Nothing happens on a tie.

Loyalty may not be declared or removed when the Faction reaches
red.
Game ends when the Agenda deck is emptied a second time. All
1
discarded Agenda cards are immediately shuffled back into the Agenda
deck.

Scoring

1
• As an action, you may turn in an Agenda card for points. Only a
Faction Agenda card can be turned in if it was first used to declare
Loyalty. Any Agenda card turned in for points is removed from the
game.
• Gain 1 point when you gain a new S.P.E.C.I.A.L. token.
• Gain 1 point every time you reach the appropriate space on the
Exploration Track.
