SUPERVISOR RULES

MIDTERM TEST 1ST SEMESTER

AL-WILDAN ISLAMIC SCHOOL 10 JAKARTA
ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

In the context of implementing the Midterm Test 1st Semester for the 2023/2024 Academic Year,

the Examination Supervisory Rules are as follows:

1. The exam supervisor must be present 10 minutes before the exam starts to receive the

assessment file which includes manuscript (question), news, attendance list.

2. The supervisor must be in the designated exam room 10 minutes before the start of the exam.

3. To maintain order and smooth implementation of the Mid Semester Assessment, the

supervisor rechecks the seat of the examinee (must match the name and NIS of the

examinee).

4. If there are questions that are not clear, the supervisor is not allowed to change the redaction

of the sentences written in the test question script before there are further instructions from

the exam committee.

5. The supervisor circulates the attendance list of participants to the participants and the

attendance list must be filled out in front of the supervisor.

6. At the time of filling out the attendance list, the supervisor must check the Exam Participant

Card and ensure that the person concerned is correct as a test taker.

7. If the participant does not heed the supervisor's warning because the participant cheated, the

supervisor is justified in taking the examinee's answer sheet, or recording it in the test report

that the person concerned has cheated.

8. Supervisors are not allowed to joke with participants during the exam.

9. The supervisor fills out the minutes of the examination and clearly affixes the signature and

name of the supervisor.

10. The supervisor signs the attendance list for the supervisor which is circulated by the

examination committee at the time of the examination.

In the context of implementing the Mid Semester Assessment for the 2023/2024 Academic Year,

the Rules for the Mid Semester Assessment Participants are set as follows:

1. Participants must be in the designated room at least 10 minutes before the exam starts.

2. If participants who are late, they will not be given additional time.

3. Participants must bring the Exam Participant Card.

4. Participants must wear school uniform

5. Participants are not allowed to print notebooks/books and communication tools such as

cell phones (HP) in the exam room during the exam.

6. Participants must sign the attendance

7. During the Mid Semester Assessment, participants are not allowed to lend any equipment

needed for the exam without the permission of the exam supervisor.

8. Participants are not allowed to cheat such as opening notes and the like, working

together, answering questions about fellow participants during the Mid Semester

assessment.

9. If there are questions that are unclear or participants need explanations, they can ask for

help from the supervisor by raising their hand to the supervisor.

10. During the Mid Semester Assessment, participants do not leave the room without the

supervision of the supervisor.

11. Violation of this code of conduct will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the

regulations in force at the Al-Wildan 10 Islamic School.
