I. Identifying Information

II. Rationale:
Business is an economic activity that involves the exchange, purchase, sale or production of
goods and services with a motive to earn profits and satisfy the needs of customers. Businesses can
be both profit or non-profit organizations that function to gain profits or achieve a social cause
respectively.

III. Objectives:
1. To be able to give updates on the latest process on applying and renewing business
permits and its requirements.
2. To be able to organize the business sector and be accredited as one of civil society
organizations (CSO) in the locality.
3. To be able to give inputs on fire safety, solid waste management and disaster
preparedness.
4. To be able to give updates on latest laws and policies from other attached agencies like
BFP and DTI.

IV. Project Description:

For smooth process in applying and renewing business permits, the government designed a
more practical and friendly process that are both beneficial to the business owner. Electronic
generated system, shorten steps and processing time, and with this process, business operators
must be properly oriented on how and what to do during the renewal and application of business
permits.
With the new laws and policies issued by the national agencies on operating a business, and
as partner in economic growth and development, it is proper that business owners must be fully
informed on these laws and policies so that they are guided on their day-to-day operations, a such,
attached agencies will give inputs and information on this matter.
Due to the growing business operators in the locality, there is a need to organize the
business sector and be accredited as one of the civil society organizations, so that they can get
support from the local government, and they can be included as one of the members of some local
special bodies of the municipality.

V. Budgetary Requirements:
Sound System - 4,000.00
Food - 18,000.00
Materials - 7,000.00
Tarpaulin - 1,000.00
 Rentals - 3,000.00
Contingency - 3,000.00
Total - 36,000.00

VI. Recommendation:
Giving due merit and consideration of the above data, we would like to request for the
approval of this Project Proposal with a Budget Requirements for the Municipality in the amount of
Thirty Six Thousand Pesos Only for the above-mentioned project proposal.
