What we do at preschool:

Coming to School:
● Use the bathroom (if applicable) and wash hands
● Find name card with picture
● Take o coat and hang it up
● Answer the question of the day
● Go into classroom and go to table spot
Table Time:
● Make a choice between two activities (sensory and fine motor)
● Work on making requests verbally or through pictures
Large Group:
● Greeting and name songs
● Read a story and work on beginning comprehension skills (pointing
to picture, answering yes/no questions)
● Following directions songs
● Practice breathing and movement activities for calming
Snack:
● Work on requesting and using utensils
Choice Time:
● Work on requesting, sharing toys and taking turns
Small Group Activities:
● Work on activities related to the theme (art, cooking, sensory, fine
motor)
Closing Group:
● Review activities and pick favorite activity from the day for take
home sheet
● Goodbye Song
