TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT, based on the following records of the CIDU Police
Blotter Entry, Volume I, Series of 2022; the following information/data has been recorded,
to wit:

CASE/INCIDENT : Homicide

FACTS:
At about 3:30 am on January 5, 2022, a telephone call from Kyle Lopez, Filipino,
28 years old, married, and a resident of Brgy. Lagim, Quezon City, was received by
this station reporting that his neighbor and another person were rushed into the emergency
room after being assaulted at Brgy. Lagim, Quezon City. In response, personnel of this
station immediately responded to investigate.
At 4:00 am, the personnel of this station arrived at the hospital and immediately
conducted an investigation. The personnel was able to identify the victims who were AAA,
Filipino, 30 years old, single, and resident of Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City, Province of
Rizal; and BBB, Filipino, 62 years old, widowed, and a resident of Brgy. Lagim,
Quezon City. AAA was still unconscious when the personnel arrived while BBB succumbed
to her injuries. The personnel interviewed the caller and BBB’s neighbor, Kyle Lopez, and
her daughter, Arlene Perez Ramirez
Arlene reported that at around 2:20 am, she woke up and went out to buy a pack of
cigarettes, on her way to the store, she saw a familiar man pass by her in the opposite
direction and the same direction as her house. At around 2:40 am, as she was returning
home, she saw Kyle Lopez. Kyle Lopez approached her and told her that the door of her
house was wide open, both of them checked to see, and they saw AAA and BBB both lying
unconscious with BBB lying in the pool of her own blood
Kyle Lopez reported that around 2:35 am on January 5, 2022, he heard a noise
coming from his neighbor’s (BBB) house. He went to check on his window and saw a
familiar man from their area anxiously exiting the house of BBB. He went outside to check
his neighbor’s house, he saw the door was wide open, just as he approached the house,
he saw BBB’s daughter, Arlene, also approaching the house. Both Kyle and Arlene checked
the house and saw Arlene’s co-worker AAA, on the floor and unconscious; and her mother,
BBB, on the floor, unconscious and lying in the pool of her own blood.
At around 11:00 am, the surviving victim, AAA, gain consciousness. Personnel by
this station interviewed the victim. AAA reported that at around 2: 30 am, she woke up to
the sound of BBB crying for mercy, she then went to check on BBB. AAA saw Alejandro
mauling and stabbing BBB to death. After attacking BBB, Alejandro proceeded to attack
AAA by restraining her, she was able to fight him back by scratching him on his back.
Alejandro then punched her on the left side of her face and hit her left jaw with a piece of
wood, AAA then lost consciousness.
