Rationale:
6. One nurse will put his arms under the client’s shoulders
and buttocks. The other nurse will position his arms
under the client’s thighs and ankles. Another nurse will
hold the head, supporting the neck and vertebrae.

“one, two, three, go.” Then at the same time, all nurses
pull the client to the side of the bed by shifting weight
