GENERAL INSTRUCTION:

 The equipment to be used should be clean and bear an identification and status mg report releasing
the equipment should be available in case of product change over.
 Masks and gloves should be used while handling the materials.
 All the raw material should confirm to the specified standard.
 The tare weight of all the in –process containers should be carefully taken and the container should
be labeled accordingly.
 The weighting scales should be calibrated on a daily basis with standard weights.
 Final product should be covered carefully to prevent the loss of volatile components.
