APPLICATION FOR THE POSITION OF A LEGAL ANALYST
I, Pamela Victor-Ibitamuno humbly apply for the position of a Legal Analyst at the Policy and Legal
Advocacy Centre. I am a Technology Lawyer and a Cybersecurity Researcher.

Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre as an independent, non-partisan, non-profit capacity building
organisation that works to strengthen democratic governance and citizens’ participation in Nigeria
has worked to promote citizens’ engagement with government institutions and to advocate for legal
and policy reforms and promote transparency and accountability in policy and decision-making
processes through broad-based technical assistance and training,

Undoubtedly, any lawyer with keen interest in researching and policy advocacy will have to look
the direction of the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre to exercise their skills and make an impact in
Nigeria’s legislative reforms.

It is my goal to work in such an intellectually stimulating environment. Asides my academic

qualifications, I have acquired research, advocacy and analytical experience from working as a
Cybersecurity researcher and my experience as a lawyer working with law firms. This has exposed
me to legal skills and competence necessary for the position of a Legal Analyst at Policy and Legal
Advocacy Centre. I am also a tech enthusiast with a dream to making technological contributions to
the legal field.

Alongside learning from the brains at Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre, I am ready to offer my
wealth of legal services and skills such as client counselling, legal research, legal evaluation and
analysis, and my technological skills. I have an enthusiastic approach to work being that I am an
avid learner and a team player who believes in working with others towards a common goal. I am
aware that the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre is interested in hardworking and self-motivated
Lawyers with exceptional legal skills and expertise. I believe I have the requisite skills and abilities
to contribute to the legal excellence of the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre alongside learning
from the highly skilled team. I look forward to an opportunity in working at Policy and Legal
Advocacy Centre as a Legal Analyst.
