1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, praying as follows:
“a.) Issue the Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ/order/direction of similar nature to the
Respondents to revoke& set aside of the Notification No. F.No.
HQ-PPI03/10/2023 dated 03.04.2023 issued by the Staff
Selection Commission for filling up various group „B‟ and „C‟
posts by conducting Combined Graduate Level Exam 2023 as
the criterion laid there under is arbitrary and hence violative of
Article 14 of the Constitution of India, 1950.; and / or
b.) Issue the Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other

 appropriate writ/order/direction of similar nature to the
Respondents to revoke & set aside the consequential declared
result of the Tier-I exam dated 19.09.2023;
and / or
c.) Issue the Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ/order/direction of similar nature to the
Respondents to revoke & set aside the Provisional Shortlist
dated 19.09.2023; and/or
d.) Issue the Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ/order/direction of similar nature to the
Respondents to any appointments made in pursuance to the
notification dated 03.04.2023 for conducting Combined
Graduate Level Exam, 2023; and / or
e.) Issue the Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ/order/direction of similar nature to the
Respondents to decide the representations preferred by the
petitioner; and / or
f.) Pass any further order(s) which this Hon‟ble Court may
deem fit in the nature of justice.”

3. Issue notice. Mr. Chandan Prajapati, learned counsel accepts notice
on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2
4. Issue notice to respondent no. 3 through all possible modes on filing
PF within one week.
