INTRODUCTION:

Well be discussing about Sales Motivation but what is it? It’s about motivating
sales people in the company on selling, promoting, and approaching customers for their
products and services. If you ever encounter a sales person who is motivated, modest
and approaches you in a right way, that sales person could be motivated and she/he
has goals for the company. Some companies lack motivated sales people specially in
malls and it could be number of many reasons of why this happens.
