1. How does SAP Business One improve the accounting process in an organization?
-Daily accounting duties are automated using SAP Business One, which also links
financial operations with other business processes in real-time, enhancing cash flows
visibility and transaction speed. Executives can obtain a unified, comprehensive view of
business’ financial activities with the accounting and financial capabilities provided by SAP
Business One. Executives are able to detect cost-inefficiencies inside the organization more
easily, make appropriate adjustments to decrease redundant expenses more quickly, and
make better financial decisions because of this increased insight.

2. What are the advantages of implementing SAP Business One on a cloud platform?
-Businesses can take advantage of economies scale and the technological expertise
necessary to fulfill customer demand and boost operational performance with SAP Business
One on the cloud. You can save money and time by not needing a team employee solely
responsible for managing the system and servers.

3. Among the features of SAB Business One that you used for this subject, which do you like the
most? Elaborate on your answer.
-Among all the features of SAP Business One, I like the most is the Accounting and
Financial Management. Since I am an accounting student these two helps me in my course
by automating financial management and integrates accounting, sales, and purchasing
data. It helps me to reduce errors and improve margins.
