engage with our supply teachers and teaching assistants with ensuring they are paid through a
compliant PAYE solution in adherence with tax and employment legislation. Compass is a company
that employs and pays workers who are on temporary assignments.
You will be an employee of Compass’s PEO and therefore they are responsible for the provision of
sick pay, maternity / paternity leave, holiday pay and a workplace pension.
Compass are also responsible for ensuring all the correct tax deductions are made to HMRC from the
income they receive from rTriibe.

Compass PEO is totally free for our workers to use.

rTriibe will pay a fee per week to Compass on your behalf.
