Mess Rules:

Meal Attendance: Please inform the mess Incharge at least 5 hours in advance if you want to skip any meal; otherwise,
your attendance will be marked.

Advance Payment: To ensure uninterrupted mess, every member shall deposit Rs 10,000 in Mess Incharge's account by
the 3rd of each monht.

Feedback and Concerns: If you have any feedback or concerns about the menu or taste, kindly discuss them with the
Mess Incharge only.

Respect for Kitchen Staff: Refrain from arguing with kitchen staff, if you have any concerns, please discuss with mess
Incharge for resolution.

Rotation Holiday Notification: If you plan to go on your rotation holiday, please notify the mess Incharge one day in
advance with the details of your scheduled absence.

Returning from Rotation Holiday: Members returning from a rotation holiday are requested to inform the Mess
Incharge one day in advance of their return to ensure their meal is prepared upon arrival.
