CHAPTER 1INTRODUCTION

A.Background of the Study

One of our society's challenges in today's age is the job; many


individuals have difficulties interms of employment assistance and
leadership. One of the topics we'll cover today is how to getadequate
help and leadership as an employee and manager, especially when
we're amid apandemic. Leadership style is an essential aspect that
influences organizational success andemployee job performance, as
well as what aims they should follow that produce a profit fortheir
employees or provide another social and economic contribution to
society.The most significant means of production, from a knowledge-
based approach, are intangible.The knowledge-based perspective
places a high value on human capital – the skills,
knowledge,competencies, attitudes, and motivation of individuals who
work for an organization, as well ashow they apply these abilities for
the benefit of the organization (Schultz, 1961; Crook et al.,2011)
Leadership is one of the most important aspects in improving
organizational success (Riaz andHaider, 2010). A developmental
pattern focused first on the features and characteristics of aleader,
then on conduct, and finally highlighting the contextualized aspect of
leadership can benoted in the literature discovered on the notion of
leadership (Riaz and Haider, 2010).
