Dear Ma’am,

I am writing to request the use of Pilgrims for badminton training. The

training is scheduled on November 25, 2023 to January until Division Meet,
every after class 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, and every Saturday and Sunday 8:00
am to 4:00 pm. We are willing to move if there are events during our
reservation period.

We are committed to mainting the venue’s cleanliness and ensuring that it

remains in excellent condition after each session.

possibility of utilizing Pilgrims for our badminton activities.
