Bullets Club NFT has acquired 100% equity in the SGPC and are now the sole owners.

This is the new and revised White Paper for Silly Goats Poker Club. The team are excited to be
taking over the club and looking to rebuild the project with members who have invested so far
and have been patient and awaited news as to whether the project would fold or be reborn.

We are pleased to tell you that we intend to work hard to re-invigorate SGPC and ensure that
the investors who purchased NFTs are rewarded. Please feel free to look at our track record in
Bullets Club NFT and speak to any of our holders about the project and the way we are building
it out. Having gone live with our mint on June 16th 2022 we have paid dividends to our holders
every month without fail and the dividend has continued to increase month on month since
launch. Our NFT also has many other utilities but we do not want to talk about them here – this
is about Silly Goats Poker Club but we felt it important for you to know our credentials in
launching and running a successful Poker based NFT project.

Whilst the launch of the v2.0 roadmap will be wholly dependent on the community we feel that if
we are able to work with you and build back the NFT will be a valuable commodity and above all
we will have some fun along the way!!!

Launch state of Silly Goats Poker Club NFT – November 9th, 2022

There are currently 520 SGPC Passes minted and distributed across 192 wallets on the
Ethereum block chain. The passes were minted for 0.052 ETH each (currently ~$80). There
has currently been no return for the passes with the exception of a number of freerolls but the
vast majority of holders have invested with no return on their investment.

The current floor price of a SGPC NFT is 0.015 ETH (~ $24)

Minting is closed and no further collections will be minted moving forward until the project is re-
established and therefore the number of mints remains static. There is no revenue remaining in
the club.

On relaunch the type of pass holds no benefit as we do not feel it will be equitable for an equal
mint price as the project has effectively halted now.

In addition, a process will be completed to register passes for the benefits. It is critical that
these registrations take place in order to ensure we can provide benefit to the engaged users
and whilst registrations remain open, only registered passes at any time can receive club
benefits.

ClubGG

The project will solely be based around the users of ClubGG.

There are two ClubGG – a general ClubGG and a holders ClubGG

General ClubGG : 646558

Holders ClubGG : 565314

Only registered holders will be able to access the holders ClubGG for the monthly freeroll.

Launch Utility

All members of the SGPC Discord will have access to the ClubbGG and be able to play on the
tables that run 24x7 ranging from MTTs, PLO and NLH with stakes ranging from 0.05 / 0.10 to
10 / 20.

The tables are played with chips obtained from our chip dealer @Alice Ivers#0225 in the
discord and can only be obtained with Ethereum.

$1 of ETH = 1 ClubGG chip.

Chips can also be withdrawn at any time with our chip dealer and exchanged on the same basis
for Ethereum.

We do not operate with any other deposit / withdrawal method.

The house edge will generate revenue for the club and therefore if you enjoy playing the
tournaments and playing in the club then you will also start to contribute to generating the
revenue that supports the club.

Monthly Dividends

At the end of each month a proportion of the net revenue generated by that club will be
distributed to registered access pass holders based on the number of passes they hold.

To qualify for the dividend then registered holders must have played at least 100 hands in the
ClubGG in the qualifying period for that month and generated rake for the club overall. This is
to ensure there is an associated effort for the receipt of the dividend. 100 hands can be played
on ring tables or in MTTs and we do not feel this is too many hands to play in the space of one
month. Freerolls do not count.

SGPC is a community project and without players it does not exist.

The dividend will be capped at 50% of the last OpenSea sale of an access pass.

At the time of writing the last sale was $16.07 so the maximum dividend will be $8.03 until
further sales are made.

Bullets Club NFT Exchange

If members would like to exchange their NFTs for Bullets Clubs NFTs then a discount on the
Bullets Club NFT would be provided based on the number SGPC Passes returned.

This has the effect of reducing SGPC NFT supply which in turn will increase the dividend with
less holders as well as providing SGPC pass holders an exit strategy from the NFT should they
like the progress of the Bullets Club NFT project.

The price of a Bullets Club NFT is 0.125 ETH.

The discount structure is detailed below:

This is per mint – for example – if you want two Bullets NFTs and want to burn 15 SGPC passes
you will get one at 0.09375 ETH and one at 0.0625 ETH.

Should you wish to mint a Bullets Club NFT and return the SGPC pass(es) then please raise a
ticket in the Bullets Club NFT Discord and a team member will look after you. You will first need
to mint and then once the SGPC passes have been sent to our wallet a refund of ETH will be
sent to you.

Monthly Members Freeroll

The primary aim of the club is to provide poker tournaments for active members and therefore
the priority of the revenue each month will be fund 4 x Weekly Freerolls of 100 chips.

These freerolls will be put on for all members who qualify and have the role of Billy Goat.

Future Utility

The team have plans for future utility but the introduction of any future utility will only be based
on the sustainability of the current utility.

Current roadmap utility includes:

• Bad Beat Jackpot pot

• New mint series for dividend boosts
• 1v1 tournaments
• Weekly hand turn raffle

All will have further detail added as we progress, but the team will not risk the current utilities
and spread rewards thinly until the project is reborn with a vibrant community of likeminded
goats!
