work context:

Attitudes: In the workplace it is essential to be committed and

responsible. This involves meeting established schedules, delivering
work on time, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues
and superiors. It is also important to be proactive, look for solutions and
be willing to learn and adapt to changes.
Beliefs: Believing in our abilities and our potential drives us to strive and
overcome obstacles. Furthermore, it is important to be clear about our
obligations and responsibilities, as this allows us to organize ourselves
efficiently and accomplish our tasks effectively.
Obligations: You need to have a constant learning mindset. This
involves being open to new ideas, seeking additional information and
resources, and actively participating in classes and discussions. In
addition, it is essential to be disciplined and organized, set clear
objectives and properly manage time.

academic context:

Attitudes: I believe that it is essential to have positive attitudes, strong

beliefs, and fulfill certain obligations to be successful.
Beliefs: Be proactive and take the initiative to solve problems or find
solutions. This demonstrates autonomy and leadership capacity.
Obligations: Be open to learning and willing to acquire new knowledge
and skills. This allows me to grow professionally.
