The Board after due discussion of the matter has passed the following resolution.

RESOLVED THAT the current account No in the name of Projects Pvt Ltd with
State Bank Of India , Nacharam Branch be closed and that the Authorised
signatories of the respective accounts be and are hereby authorised to intimate
the respective branch of the said closure and to issue such instructions as may be
required in this connection.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the following person (Authorised Signatory) is hereby

authorised to do all such acts, deeds and things necessary and to sign, execute
and submit all such documents as are necessary in connection with closing of the
said Account with Indian Bank Limited
