I am writing to express my interest in securing an Officer Development Program Officer program at PT

Toyota Astra Motor (TAM). I am a Mining Engineering fresh graduate who graduated from Bandung
Institute of Technology with GPA 3.32 out of 4.00. I am a hard worker, analytical and critical thinker,
also good in observation and analysis to solve a problem. I come from a solid technical background
with a strong interest in data and a passion for data analytics. My area of focus and interest varies from
quantitative analysis to project management.

During college, I tried to develop myself both academically and non-academically. I had an internship
for 5 months as a mining consultant and was assigned to be a field engineer for a Geotechnical and
Hydrogeological project and 8 months as a research assistant for geothermal preliminary exploration
which is a joint research between ITB, Kyoto University, and PT Geo Dipa Energi. The internships and
research that I have participated in have given me experience in conducting field data acquisition and
data processing that trains observation skills, analytical thinking, critically, and creatively to solve
problems. Experienced in an organization being a coordinator of competition division in Indonesian
Student Mining Competition which developed my interpersonal communication and time management
skills. Passionate in data analysis such as observing, analyzing, and investigating data to gain insight and
draw conclusions to solve problems. Have taken several courses to improve data analysis skills and
data processing skills, such as statistics and probability, SQL and database systems, data exploration
concepts and applications, exploratory data analysis applications, and data visualization and I still
continue to hone it. Have an interest in applying data analysis methods in various processes in the
manufacturing and energy industries.

I hope my qualification and my experience have provided me with the credential needed to thrive as
an Officer Development Program (ODP) PT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM).
