 ABSTRACT

Financial Management Analyst, is responsible to provide and respond to technical

inquiries and information requests related to the financial operations and processes of
the company, perform research and analysis, serve the internal client groups by
communicating changes in finance processes, procedures and policies, provides
training and guidance on budget preparation, monitors, reconciles, and highlights
areas of concern. Typical responsibilities include: consulting/communicating with
departments and all levels of staff and management on matters related to accounting
principles, processes, and procedures, and conducting financial analysis; provides
expertise to management in the preparation of the company budget, financial reports,
and the interpretation and application of fiscal policies and procedures. Provide
guidance/consultation to executive and senior-level management in resolving unique
financial situations requiring the interpretation and application of multiple regulations
and practices within the contexfinancial company financial systems.

The Financial Management Analyst Is a position which provides a full range of professional
and technical support and consultation, performs complex analysis and exercises judgment
in the interpretation and application of related laws, regulations, practices and procedures.

1.1 PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP
Industry experience is often an important part of applying for full-time positions. Employers often
prefer applicants who have some experience working in positions that may be similar to the one
they're offering. I personally want to start my own business, So this might be the first step towards ny
future plans.

Gain experience: Job listings often state that they prefer candidates with educational and job
experience. If you're new to the workforce or attending school, you may consider looking for an
internship to gain the experience required for most entry-level positions.

Identify career goals: An internship can give you an authentic experience in a job role by
providing you with an introductory experience to a career path, its duties and daily operations. If
you enjoy your internship, this might indicate that your career is on the right path.

Strengthen Business knowledge: Internships can give you workplace experience before you
actually enter the workforce. They also may assist you with developing additional skills to list
on your experience, which can emphasize your value as a candidate.

Business Startup: I want to start my own business, So Im trying to analyse all the
transactions occurred in a business, And understand the work process and
functioning of a business

1.2 OBJECTIVES OF INTERNSHIP

Learning and Skill Development: Internships provide an opportunity for students or young
professionals to gain practical knowledge and develop skills related to their field of study or career
interests. This can include technical skills, industry-specific knowledge, problem-solving abilities,
communication skills, teamwork, and more.

Professional Experience: Internships offer a chance to gain real-world work experience within a
professional setting. This experience helps interns understand the dynamics of the workplace, learn
professional etiquette, and develop a sense of responsibility and accountability.

Applying Academic Knowledge: Internships allow interns to apply the knowledge and concepts

Motors, Centrifugal Pump, Monoblock Pumps in India.
Sai Unnati Engineering Company is a well-established and reputable company that
specializes in the production and supply of submersible motors. Our company has been
in the industry for many years and has built a solid reputation for providing high-quality
products that are reliable and efficient.

We offer a wide range of submersible motors that are suitable for various industries such
as agricultural, industrial and residential. Our motors come in different types such as V3,
V4, V6, V7, and V9, each one designed to meet specific needs and requirements. Our V3
motors are suitable for small water wells, our V4 motors are perfect for agricultural
irrigation and our V9 motors are suitable for large water wells.

In addition to our motors, we also offer a wide range of spare parts for our motors,
including panel boxes, cables, starters, and HDPE pipes. These spare parts are designed
to meet the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring that our customers have
access to the best possible products at reasonable price.
