Payment conditions. Payment is made in two stages:

1. 50% advance payment for commencement of drilling rig manufacturing is made until August 31, 2023;
2. the remaining 50% of the drilling rig cost are paid upon drilling rig completion and readiness for shipment from the plant in
Chelyabinsk, Russia.
Mode of payment. Wire transfer of funds under invoice and supply contract.
Shipment cost. We perform shipment on CIF conditions per Incoterms. The shipment cost is 12,000 USD CIF Port of Dammam,
Saudi Arabia. Delivery period is approximately 2 months.
Time of manufacture. 45 calendar days after receipt of 50% advance payment and contract signing.
