- As we saw the problem of every individuals which is the struggle to choose an affordable and
accessible merienda, we also see that we can create a solution from the problem itself.
●Solution/Renzo
-We come up with the saba balls that is similar to banana que but we innovate it through turning
it to a spherical shape and this sweet snack can be consume by anyone.
●Key metrics/Pancito
-Our sales revenue are the representation of how effective and fruitful is our product in the
market, it also reflect the customer relationship including the customers who are repurchasing
the product.
●Channel/ Palma
-We will not settle on displaying the products in the table and sending the photos and prices of
our products, but we will double time through posting the products and accomodating the
customers in different social media platforms
●Customer Segment/Refuncion
-Our target customers is the individuals who are conscious about their health specially the
people located at the Quezon City University, our focus is to provide the students and adults
who are searching for an accessible and affordable snack.
●Unfair advantage/Palma
The incomparable thing about our product is the spherical shape with a twist because usually
most of the fruit product is simply fried but our saba balls has a filling inside.

-How about their struggles which is habitual eating of sweets, searching for an affordable and
safe sweet snacks for themselves, that is their pain but again and again our product is the game
changer when it comes to sweet healthy snacks.

-What they can get from our product despite of struggling to pick a healthy but tasty sweet
snacks, they are no longer experience guilt because this sweet snack is surely a best alternative
from chocolates and other sweet snacks, it gives a nutritious and delicious effect.

When it comes to the financial status of our product this represents the finance with a total
monthly fixed cost of ₱1,200 and variable costs at ₱26,100, our estimated monthly costs
amount to ₱27,300. Assuming sales of 3,500 saba balls.
However our product saba balls is expected to have a monthly revenue of ₱35,000, that will
lead to expected monthly profit of ₱7,700.
