SCHEDULE – A
(See Clause 10.1)
SITE OF THE PROJECT
1 The Site
1.1 Site of the Four-Lane Project Highway shall include the land, buildings,
structures and road works as described in Annex-I of this Schedule-A.
1.2 An inventory of the Site including the land, buildings, structures, road works,
trees and any other immovable property on, or attached to, the Site shall be
prepared jointly by the Authority Representative and the Concessionaire, and
such inventory shall form part of the memorandum referred to in Clause 10.3.1
of the Agreement.
1.3 Additional land required for Toll Plazas, Traffic Aid Posts, Medical Aid Posts
and vehicle rescue posts or for construction of works specified in the Change
of Scope Order issued under Clause 16.2.3 of this Agreement shall be acquired
in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10.3.6 of this Agreement. Upon
acquisition, such land shall form part of the Site and vest in the Authority.

Annex - I
(Schedule-A)
SITE FOR FOUR-LANING
1 Site
The Site of the four/six lane Project Highway comprises the section of
National Highway-3 commencing from Km 236+000 to Km 332+100 i.e. the
Shivpuri to Guna section in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Existing Project
highway also have a section of 12.25 km Toll road Guna Bypass on NH-3 that
Concession will end on January 2021. The four lanning of Existing Guna
Bypass toll road will be taken after end of Present concession Period after 8th
January 2021 and four laning of the same shall be completed within one year
from End of Present concession period. The land, carriageway and structures
comprising the Site are described below.
The project highway is generally 2-lane and the road is passing through the
built up areas of towns and villages enroute. Important towns/ cities along the
alignment are Koloras, Lukwasa, Badarwas and Guna etc. An index map and
location plan of the Project Highway is given at Appendix A-I.

DESCRIPTION OF [FOUR-LANING]
1 Width of Carriageway
1.1 The paved carriageway shall be 18.2 metres wide excluding the median:

1.2 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, [but subject to the provisions
of Annex-II of this Schedule-B, the width of the paved carriageway shall
conform to Clause 1.1 above.
2 Project Facilities
The Project Highway shall be widened to four lane /six lane dual configuration
with paved shoulder with or without Service Roads. Different types of cross
section required to be developed in different segments of the project highway
are indicated in Appendix B-I.
4.8.1 At grade intersections shall be provided at the intersection of service roads, all
Junctions of by-passes at start and end and all Intersecting roads at locations

Entry/ exit ramps for entering into or existing from the project highway shall
be provided wherever necessary.
The side slope shall be protected by using suitable slope protection measures
& retaining structures. Wherever required along the proposed highway.
