Dear Dr.Priyadharshini M,

We are happy to invite you to participate in a one day Mandatory Institutional Induction Training
Programme for newly recruited staff (Doctors and Principal Appointees).

The details of this programme are furnished below:

DATE : 04.07.2023 (Tuesday)

VENUE : Jacob Chandy Hall, Paul Brand Buidling

TIME : 8.00am to 5.00pm

During this training programme, you will be provided with information about the hospital and the
various departments that you would need to know. Different staff would address you and we are
confident that this would be useful to you during your work with us. This is a mandatory one day
programme and you will be treated as on duty. Please wear your I.D. badges when you come. You will
be provided with teaching materials, Mid morning coffee, Evening Tea and Lunch.
