Individuality, growth, and change,
according to progressivists, are essential
components of education.

EXISTENTIALISM
Education, from an existentialist
standpoint, emphasizes individual
existence, freedom, and choice. It is
developing the “whole child”.

NATURALISM
Naturalism is a revolt against the old, traditional, and
bookish educational system in the teaching and
learning process. It believes that formal schools and
textbooks impede children's natural
development.

School-based Waste Management


Implementation
Reducing waste at school instills a culture of
responsible waste management in students while
helping to strengthen environmental benefits.
The school identified practices under
implementation. This School-Based Waste
Management (SBWM) makes the school a bette
place of learning.

INTENSIFIED HOME VISITATION


To help decrease the SARDOs have established
successful teacher home visit program. as the
result, parents, teachers, and students are very
positive in their response. This end makes home
visitation intensified. Parent-teacher
communication has been a strong point of the
school. Teachers learn more about their students,
get the parents more involved in their child’s
education, and bridge cultural gaps that might
occur between student and teacher.

IMPLEMENTATION on SIM
Strategic Intervention Materials are
conceptualized and designed to aid the teacher
provide the students the needed support to
make progress in studies.
These will increase and deepen the skills,
knowledge and understanding of the learners in
various subject areas not only in science and
math but also including various learning areas in
curriculum.
SIM can give the opportunity to explore various
ideas and concepts that would enrich their
understanding of varied subject matters that
sharpen their competencies.

DIGITAL-BASED INSTRUCTION
Computers and Internet are a great resource
for classroom. Teachers can find
suggestions, lesson plans, practical support,
information, and materials through the
internet. in fact, using a computer can make
a teacher’s life easier and more efficient.
Teaching and learning becomes easy with
the use of digital instruction. it will attract
the students to o to school everyday
because of the 21st century students are all
millennials. .
