We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to request your permission
for us to attend a TechVoc Fair at Pasig Elementary School on the following dates October 11,12 and
13, 2023. This event aims to showcase the latest technological innovations, promote the significance of
TECHVOC education, and inspire our students to explore the exciting world of business. This also
aims to develop a feasible business plan, promote learner’s marketable products and services, improve
learner’s entrepreneurial competence through business symposium and exhibit TechVoc skills and
competence through parallel livelihood skills demonstrations. This event is pursuant to the Division
Memorandum No. 546, s. 2023: Conduct of SDO-Pasig City First TechVoc Fair.

To make this event a success, we assure you that we will take all necessary precautions to ensure the
safety and security of our students, staff, and attendees. Additionally, we will seek any required permits
and comply with any regulations related to this event at Pasig City Elementary School. In relation to
this please excuse the following teachers and students from leaving the school premises on the said 3
days event.

We kindly request your support and approval for this Techno Fair, as we believe it will greatly benefit
our students and contribute to the overall educational excellence of Eusebio High School. We are
committed to collaborating with the school administration and faculty to ensure a smooth and
successful event.

In relation to the said event, we are requesting your good office to provide us with food allowance for
each participant for Snacks amounting to 50 pesos(am), Lunch amounting to 100 pesos, and Snacks
amounting to 50 pesos (pm).
