    Because we look at the sieve 200 and the amount of pass and
    the amount of the remaining if the amount of pass is greater
    than 50% then the soil is soft and if it is less than 50% then the
    soil is coarse
    In this test, the amount of turbo passing through a sieve of 200
    hues (0.9) is less than 50% if the soil is coarse.
