    Guidelines

    The following instructions are only for return of 2nd semester students. The dates decided are

    1st phase return 14/10/2020 & 16/10/2020 [For boys only] 2nd phase
    return 26/10/2020 & 28/10/2020 [For girls only]

    The time of entry into the college premises is between 8am to 4pm.

    NOTE :- Arriving of students on any other date and time would not be entertained.

    The students are required to follow these instructions.

    1. Students should send the self declaration form (attached) duly completed in all respect to their Hostel
    secretary and bring the copy of same along with them.

    2. Students have to follow 7 days quarantine on arrival strictly & tested for COVID 19 if required.

    3. Use of common rooms in hostels will be restricted. Strict social distancing norms to be followed.

    4. Students will be served packed meals in their rooms.

    5. Room allotment to students will be done by the hostel superintendents.

    6. All students are requested to bring their toiletries, bed linens and other basic things, be prepared for 7
    days stay.

    7. Students should bring all necessary items including mask, face shield, hand wash, sanitizer etc in sufficient
    quantity for their personal use.

    8. During the stay in the hostel, students should follow the rules and regulations of the institute and
    COVID 19 related advisory.
