This module is an introduction to Microsoft Project, and covers topics such as What's New in
Microsoft Project, Online, Offline and Contextual Help, Start Screen, Project Workspace and
Backstage View, Overview
This module introduces me to the Ribbon and Toolbars, and covers topics such as how to use the
Quick Access Toolbar, Mini Toolbar, Contextual Menu, Status Bar, Keyboard Shortcuts and Key Tips.
In this module, I learnt about setting up the basic parameters for my project the way I want. Also I
started identifying, breaking down and putting the initial tasks into your project.
This module shows me how to create links and dependencies between tasks, set up resources for my
tasks as well as open closing and saving my projects.
Module 5: Calendars
The module introduces me to setting standard work calendars and well as how to use the calendars.
It also looks at how the data zoom my timeline and look into the details at data tables.
This module introduces me to Views and Tables in MS Project, and it covers topics such as Task
Views; Zoom; Timescale, how to use Resource View and Split View, and how to create Tables,
Columns and Rows.
Module 8: Scheduling
Module 9: Leveling
In this module I learnt about the basics of leveling, and about Leveling Order, and Resolving Resource
Overallocations in MS Project.
In this module I have to get at least 80% in the quiz to pass the exam and get certificate.
