Day wise Itinerary

Day 01: Delhi – Manali (Overnight journey) (09th Nov, 2023)

On arrival at New Delhi Railway Station/Airport from there you have to reach by your own
expense at “Kashmiri Gate Metro Station” on 05:00 PM from there proceed to Manali by Semi
Sleeper Volvo Bus on 06:00 PM ), 13 Hours Overnight Journey.

Day 02: Manali – Kaza via Atal Rohtang Tunnel (10th Nov, 2023)
Early morning on arrival at Manali 07:00 AM you will meet and assist by our car driver and drive
to hotel, after freshen up and having breakfast at hotel drive to Kaza (190 km approx 8 to 9
hours journey) on the way you will visit Atal Rohtang Tunnel ‘Atal Tunnel’ 30 km far
from Manali. Drive through Atal tunnel from South portal to North Portal. Built by the Border
Roads Organisation (BRO) the 9.02 km long Atal tunnel is the longest high-altitude
highway tunnel in the world. On arrival Kaza check into hotel, dinner & overnight stay at hotel
in Kaza.

Day 03: Key – Kibber – Hikkim – Komic – Langza (11th Nov, 2023)
After breakfast drive to Key Monastery, then drive to Kibber on the way you will visit Chichum
Bridge, then visit Kibber Kibber one of the highest permanent inhabited village in the world,
situated at the elevation of 4200 m located in a semi bowl-shaped narrow valley. Afternoon
drive to Langza and visit Langza village. Then drive to Komic Village. Komik is the Highest Village
of the World through moterable road. Then visit Hikkam Village. Hikkim has world’s Highest
Post Office. In the evening return back to hotel. Dinner & overnight stay hotel in Kaza.

Day 04: Pin Valley – Kungri – Mudh – Dhankkar – Kaza (12th Nov, 2023)
After breakfast at hotel drive to Kungri visit the Kungri Monastery and then the beautiful
hamlet of Mudh – the last motorable village of the Pin Valley. Afternoon drive to Dhankkar and
visit the most famous Dhankkar monastery. By evening, return back to hotel, Dinner &
overnight stay at hotel at Kaza.

Day 05: Kaza – Manali – Delhi Departure (13th Nov, 2023)

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Manali (190 km 8 to 9 hours
journey. In evening on arrival at Manali transfer to Private Volvo Bus Station and
Catch Manali to Delhi Volvo Bus at 07:00 PM. (13 Hours overnight journey) & return
to home with Sweet memories of Spiti Tour.

. AC will not work in Hill Stations.

. The confirmation is subjects to availability.

. Check in and checkout time as per hotel policy.

. Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a
quotation.

. Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.

. Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed
meals we shall not be responsible.

. In Hill Station you cannot match the facilities & services of Hotel to developed destinations.

. Hotels in Hill Station are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as
per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

. The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not
able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.

. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road block or any
other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

. No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.

Booking & Payment Policy

· 40% initial amount of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our
company’s account to confirm the package.

· You need to complete 100% amount of the package on arrival at Manali.

Cancellation Policy

1. 10% deduction if cancelled before or above 30 days prior to arrival date.

2. 50% deduction if booking cancelled before 15 days prior to arrival date.
3. No refund if cancelled before 7 days prior to arrival.
4. We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date.
5. Advance amount/payment will not be refundable.
