TOASTER-OVEN TARTS

INGREDIENTS
 2 unbaked piecrust
 1 small any type of jam
 1 cup confections’ sugar
 2 tablespoons milk
 Rainbow sprinkles
 Chocolate sprinkles
 berries

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 425F(220C)
2. Roll out the piecrust to ¼ inch thick. Cut each piecrust into 6-8
rectangles, about 5 by 3 in. each. (use ruler)
3. Place half of the rectangles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment
4. Spread 1-2 teaspoon of jam in the center of each rectangle, then top
them with another rectangle
5. Crimp all four edges of each tart with a fork
6. Bake for 7-10 min. or until light brown.
7. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 min. then transfer them to the cooling rack
8. Mix up a glaze for your tarts by combining the confectioners’ sugar,
with the milk, mixing in 1 tablespoon of milk at a time
9. Stir it up until its smooth
10. When the tarts are cool, spread some glaze over each one with a
butter knife or a spoon (spread with back of spoon)
11. Decorate with sprinkles or berries
