Fancy French Breakfast Treats

Ingredients

 2 cups flour
 ¾ cup sugar
 2 teaspoons baking powder
 ½ teaspoon salt
 ¼ nutmeg
 1 egg (little less than ¼ milk,1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar)
 1 ¼ cups milk
 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings
 2/3 cups sugar
 1 teaspoons cinnamon
 3 tablespoons butter (melted)

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C)


2. Pour in the flour, Sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg
3. If your using the egg do a different bowl, along with milk, butter, and vanilla
4. Put the muffin liners in the baking pan, or grease them, and fill them up 2/3
full. Then bake until light brown
5. While the muffins are cooling, pour the sugar, cinnamon, and mix.
6. Dip the top of the muffin in the butter, then dip it in the cinnamon sugar
7. ENJOY!!!!
