Jenner says that Emma Weyant the native of Sarasota is only the rightful winner who stood
as the runner up by 1.75 seconds in the women's freestyle race.
Strongly argues
Jenner also strongly argues that Weyant is clearly the one who deserves the 1st position as it
was the women’s 500-yard freestyle race.
Jenner tweeted on Tuesday saying that it is not something like anti-trans or not transphobic
but it is all about the common sense.
Supported Thomas
Also 72-year-old Jenner completely supported Thomas' decision by saying that thomas was
being true to her own self.
Jenner's stand is only that women's sports are needed to be protected and it will be
completely unfair and disadvantageous if trans athletes like Thomas come in competition
against the biological women.
NCAA said that the organization decided the participation of the transgender athletes would
be determined by an approach which differs from one sport to other.
Thomas started his career in 2017 at Penn in the men's team and had also marked some of
the fastest times in the country. Then In early 2019, Thomas underwent a hormone
replacement therapy and came out as trans into the public later that year.
