The purpose of DAYEG is to implement a
comprehensive youth empowerment project at
Lianga National Comprehensive High School. The
project aims to provide the students with the
necessary resources, support, and platforms to
explore and develop their talents and potential
fully. It seeks to create a supportive and
empowering environment that encourages active
engagement in education, fosters personal
growth, and nurtures the pursuit of passions
among the students.
This project specifically aims to:

1. To offer mentoring programs, workshops, and

extracurricular activities that cater to the varied
talents and interests of the students.
2. To create a supportive environment through
motivational talks, goal-setting exercises, and peer
support groups.
3. To conduct surveys among students, teachers,
and parents, and organize focus group discussions
to identify the specific barriers hindering youth
empowerment.
4. To provide resources, support systems, and
platforms that empower students to become active
agents of change within their communities.
