psychological state. Good mental health is when we are at peace and calm, allowing us to enjoy our daily
and appreciate others around us, good mental health is a state of well-being where an individual
experiences happiness, health, and effective functioning in daily life, it’s more than just absence of mental
illness and involves managing one emotions, coping with stress, maintaining healthy relationships, and
making sound decisions a sign of good mental can be managing day-to-day stresses its when you like work
productively, use your abilities and contribute to society, positive sense of self when you feeling good
about who you are is another sign of good mental health, Resilience allows you to cope with challenges by
using your inner strength and support networks, positive emotions when you feeling happy, confident,
hopeful and generally satisfied with life are signs of good mental health and the last more important is
healthy relationships investing the time and energy in your relationships with family and friends is
important for your mental health to maintain mental health in daily life, you can build resilience by
