SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, JESUS PEÑERA MARCELO, married, of legal age, Filipino citizen and

presently residing at Madrid, Spain, Paseo Reina Cristina #8 2A, hereby APPOINT,
NAME and CONSTITUTE, my children, CHRISTIAN CARULLA MARCELO and
JEFFREY CARULLA MARCELO, both of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents
of Barangay Narra, San Manuel, Pangasinan, Philippines as my true and legal
representatives to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following
acts:

 To sign the Deed of Confirmation of parcel of land covered by Transfer

Certificate of Title No. T-31697 located at Barangay Narra, San Manuel,
Pangasinan, Philippines with an area of 2,428;

 To receive the payment from MAHARLIKA 3rd TELECOMMUNITY

TOWER PROJECTS called Transmission Tower Cell Site;

 To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively and all purposes for which this authority
is hereby given.

 To sign, prepare, make, execute and deliver or cause to be delivered any

and all necessary documents and legal papers in connection with the
aforesaid transactions for and in my behalf all papers and documents in
connection with the foregoing

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said representatives full power and

authority to execute and perform every act necessary and proper to render
effective the power given to them as though I myself to perform and HEREBY
APPROVING all that they may do by virtue hereof.
