I. GENERAL
This document includes the Running Text & Videotron (Running Text Outdoor)
specification components for the Passenger Coach 612 project which will be operated on
Indonesian railway lines. This document should be used as a reference by suppliers of
coupler equipment to offer suitable systems and equipment.
II. SCOPE OF WORK

VI. DESCRIPTION
There is a Running Text component found in the Passenger Coach 612. The function of
the Running Text system is for the data transmission process between cars on a series of
trains. The data transmitted is centralized on the server in car M. The components used
must use parts whose quality is guaranteed (original parts), issued by factories from
brands that are proven to be reliable and of high quality.

X. TESTING AND ACCEPTANCE

No Description Status
Tests must be in accordance with the specifications and
equipment to be installed on the train. Commissioning will be

carried out at the INKA factory after the carriage installation is
complete with the help of suppliers.
The supplier guarantees that the integration of all components
2 can run well in the proposed system, and is willing to provide
support during the commissioning process.

XI V . WARRANTY
Description Status
In accordance with the PO between PT Rekaindo Global Jasa
and the supplier. Suppliers must guarantee product quality in
accordance with technical specifications and drawings that
can still operate up to a 25 year life cycle with recommended
maintenance. The supplier must also guarantee the delivery
time schedule in accordance with the contractual agreement.
Suppliers must guarantee and identify high quality and
performance standards of all products supplied including
materials, vendor's parts, components / documents / plants /
drawings and specifications submitted by the supplier. Product
warranty will be 2 years after commissioning.
The supplier must be responsible for design errors, materials used
and production of the Running Text & Videotron system and its
components supplied.

NOTE :
- For filling, COMPLY / NOT COMPLY status can be given according to
the proposed specifications
- The proposed component datasheet needs to be attached to the sent document.
