Subject: Highlight certain anomalies and my concerns

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that over the last couple of
months there has been certain decisions taken and
implemented by Resident welfare Association of OLIVE
COURT, PURI AMANVILAS.
I would first like to highlight the area where I am finding myself
uncomfortable is that these decisions are being taken and
implemented without a formal meeting being called for and
without consulting residents like me. Three recent instances
that come to my mind are.
1. Amendment in by laws without any 14 days before
notification and without AGM.
2. Change in complete Governing body without prior
notification and withour any AGM.
3. Changed in annual membership Fee clause.
4. Changed in membership eligibility /criteria.
5. Changed in governing body strength.
6. Changed in composition.
7. Conflict in number of executive members
8. Addition of clause Common area maintenance charges
9. Why special treatment to plot owners.

Two days ago, It was informed by what’s app by 9711115029

that new governing body exits. (no formal meeting, no formal
communication), When I asked him, he answered me that has
been instructed to inform the residents and in group he told me
“Control your emotions and enjoy festival” As a resident of
Resident welfare Association of OLIVE COURT, PURI
AMANVILAS and owner of one unit, I am equally interested in
the wellbeing, maintenance and upkeep of the rules and
regulation of this association and would like to abide by the
same and I would like to put it on records that I have no
issue with the formation of RWA. However, my concern and
difference of opinion with this elected body is that decisions are
being taken unilaterally without consulting the residents (at
least I am not part of the decision making). No meeting has
been called for lately. Hence I would like register my protest
formally by writing this letter to governing body and registrar of
society till a valid and appropriate formal action.
I would request the residents to spare some thought to my
views so that we all can arrive at a mutually satisfying and
democratic way of arriving at decisions in future through
communication and consensus.
