or separate label.
The submitted Sterilization permit will be verified against Permit # on label.

sewn at the very edge (see Example 1), please cut out the trim (see
Example 2) and lay out flat and measure if less than 2 inches.As per the
standard , no testing is required for fabric less than 2 inches
