Guidelines during Model Test
1. All students must wear uniform and ID card for all days of the Model Test.
2. Examination venue will be opened at 08:40 AM for morning and 11:40 AM for noon sitting.
Students are requested to look at the seating plan and occupy the seat 15 minutes before the exam.
3. At 08:55 AM and at 11:55 AM the door of the examination venue will be closed and late comers will
have to wait till question papers are distributed.
4. At 08:57 AM and at 11:57 AM prayer announcement will begin.
5. At 09:00 AM and at 12:00 PM examination will begin after prayer.
6. No candidate will be allowed to enter examination venue after 09:15 AM and after 12:15 PM.
7. Late comers names will be noted and if any student comes late for 2 days, S/he will be marked absent
for a day.
8. Once inside the examination hall, no one will be permitted to use washroom for the entire duration of
examination.
9. A student can submit the answer sheet and leave the examination venue after 2 hours (11:00 AM &
02:00 PM).
10. Strict discipline should be maintained at the examination venue. Possession of mobile phones,
Bluetooth devices, chits, any scribbling on palms, writing or marking anything on question paper,
improper behaviour with invigilator, copying or helping others copy is considered unfair means.
11. If a student is caught with unfair means, his or her paper will be cancelled.
