Part 1:

Part 2:
Describe where you live?
I live in Ha Long city, it is one of the most livable cities in Viet Nam. My city is famous
for beautiful beaches and the cuisine. People in Ha Long are hospitable and friendly
persons. If you have a chance to travel, I think my hometown is the good choice. I love
my city very much.
Part 3:
A: You have to stay in the bedroom but have to share with your brother. How do you
feel?
I think sharing the bedroom with my brother is inconvinient. My brother and me
have different things and different hobbies to do. If he and me live in the same
room, the conflics will be happened. In my opinion, everyone need to have a
private space.
B: It is better to live in the city than in the countryside. Do you agree? Why?
I totally agree with this idea for some reasons. Firstly, there are many schools,
hospitals and supermarkets. Secondly, people living in the city have more
employment oppoturnities than people who live in the countryside. Then, living
standard is the last reason, city dwellers access to better healthcare and education
services.
C: Nowadays, old buildings are demolished and replaced with modern buildings. I feel
we should protect historic buildings. What do you think?
I completely agree with your opinon. Protecting historic buildings is necessary thing that
we have to do. First, they have great value. Second, protecting historic buildings shows
gratitude to the ancestors and those who have sacrificed. We need to preserve historic
building right now.

Part 4.
Currently, there are many young families who want to buy a house or an apartment. The
club wants the members to make suggestions to help them find homes.
1. Write to a friend (50 words)
Hi Mary,
 How is it going? It seems like ages since I last saw you, I hope this email
find you well. I certainly believe that you have just got an email from our
club. I have some suggests to help young families find homes. First, about
the price, young people should choose an apartment which is afordable.
Second, a house or an apartment of moderate size and suitable for purose is
the best choice. How about you? What’s your opinion?

2. Write to the manager of the club (120 words)
Dear sir,
I am Thuy and I have joined a home living club since 2018. Today, I am writing this
email to give my honest suggestions concerning the previous notification that I have
received from the club. Moreover, I would like to sincerely thank all members in
the club for their efforts and sacrifices on our behalf.
In my view, to buy a good house or apartment, young people need to prioritize
three sides below. The first is financial problem, most members in young families
have incomes that are not too high. So, an afordable house is reasonable choice.
Second, area of the house or apartment is based on purpose. If young family want
to have 2-3 babies, they should choose a big house.
Please take my suggestion into consideration. I am looking forward from you if
my suggestions are helpful.
